Here are the Student Blogging Challenge 2019 Week 1 Challenge Activities!  Take a few minutes to read over the description of each activity in detail. Pay particular attention to the YAPPY warning.

Today you will be creating your very own avatar using a website called Avachara https://avachara.com. I used the Anime Avatar Maker Tools to create my avatar.  Once you create your avatar you will need to email it to me (ktabata@sd43.bc.ca) so that I can add it to our blog post.  The next step will be to write your first post! In your post, you will be writing a description of your avatar and how it represents you. Remember not to yap about your YAPPY!

For the second challenge, we will work together to create an “About” page for our class blog. And finally, we will take a look at some of the other SBC blogs and start making connections by leaving comments to their posts.

We only have one hour, so let’s get started. Please use your time wisely and help others if they are having difficulty.
